Description
Push Button Fast Lock and Quick Release Pin
Quick-release pins are widely used in high-efficiency connection structures due to their rapid locking/unlocking capability, high reliability, tool-free insertion and extraction, and user-friendly operation.
How It Works?
The quick-release pin features a button on one end and two steel balls on the shaft at the opposite end. In their default state, these balls protrude beyond the shaft diameter. When the button is pressed, the balls retract into the shaft, allowing smooth insertion/removal through mounting holes. Releasing the button causes the balls to re-emerge, securely locking the pin in place. The entire operation can be performed single-handedly, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
For specific applications, a safety lanyard can be attached to prevent accidental loss or dropping.

Key Advantages for Your Operations:
-
Blazing Fast Operation: Dramatically reduce assembly, disassembly, and changeover times. Insert and remove pins in a fraction of the time compared to traditional threaded or cotter pin solutions.
-
Tool-Free Simplicity: Designed for intuitive, one-handed operation – press the button to release, no wrenches or pliers needed.
-
Reduced Fatigue: Ergonomic design minimizes operator effort during repeated locking/unlocking cycles.
-
Versatile Performance: Ideal for applications requiring frequent access, precise alignment, or rapid reconfiguration.
